Shell Oil, ARCO, GATX, Champlin Refineries
Approximately twenty various projects consisting of new construction, remodeling, and expansion of production and administration buildings for refineries located in the vicinity of Los Angeles.
The projects involved multi-phase remodeling of control centers, new gasoline retention explosive proof building, gasoline testing laboratories, new metal building workshops and offices, training buildings, modifications, ADA compliance of employee locker rooms and shower facilities, space planning and conference rooms tenant improvement.
