The new Jones Wholesale Lumber Engineered Wood Outdoor Storage Facility required approval of Conditional Use Permit, Mitigated Negative Declaration by City of Riverside and special approval by Riverside County Airport Land Use Commission.
Jones project is highly technical and quite complex, establishing good relations with various City Departments was imperative for the timely and successful project processing.
RPP Architects enlisted a team of engineers and provided tight collaboration through each phase of the project from complex governmental agencies reviews trough project permitting and construction administration.
The project is in the final phase and we continue to provide construction support with full dedication until our Client takes occupancy of the facility.
