It takes years of design and construction experience to deliver approved land entitlements and financially feasible project to Client. When project package looks attractive, it creates an added value and is often acquired by real estate development teams with new, creative ideas. Sometimes best projects end up on drafting board.
Linden narrow, vacant lot layout has been challenging due to extensive parking requirements. Several development options were considered, one of them highly desired by Client obtained approval by Site Plan Review.
