The Architect had opportunity to provide design services for three different clients on this same vacant lot within 15 years of economics ups and downs.
Khem’s Residence reminiscence of early childhood in Cambodia under French influence envisioned in the architectural design and rendering.

The same vacant lot and new Client with vision of contemporary residence. Long, irregular corner lot location challenges architect and planners, at this same time lends itself to truly unique site and floor plans.
Retaining walls, oil wells, grade cut; all the layers of engineering interplaying with artistic design capabilities of architect come to realization in a beautiful and functional home.
